Consent to the use of personal data
for the purpose of receiving promotional mailings

1. The User, acting freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, consents to the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Consent) to the individual entrepreneur Semiglazova Lidia Alexandrovna (hereinafter - the Operator). 2. Taking into account the remote nature of interaction between the Parties, the acceptance of this Agreement shall be marked in the box (checkbox) "I agree to the use of personal data for the purpose of receiving advertising mailings" or other similar notification from the Operator. A separate written consent of the User is not required in such case, except for cases established by law for certain types of personal data or by agreement of the Parties. 3. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the User: - first name, surname, patronymic; - e-mail address (e-mail); - cell phone number; - accounts in social networks, messengers. 4. The purpose of personal data processing is to inform the user about services, promotions and news of the Operator, conclusion of contracts between the Operator and the user, as well as other promotional mailings. 5. The User consents to the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Consent. 6. This Consent shall be perpetual. 7. The User has the right to withdraw his/her Consent by sending a letter to the e-mail address breathewithli@gmail.com 8. In case the personal data subject or his/her representative withdraws the Consent to personal data processing, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2 - 11 of paragraph 1 of Article 6, paragraph 2 of Article 10 and paragraph 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". 9. In all other matters related to the processing of the User's personal data, the Parties shall be guided by the Operator's Privacy Policy (Regulation on Personal Data Processing) posted on breathewithli@gmail.com, including all subdomains, and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
