Contraindications to participation in respiratory practice

1. special health conditions for which participation in a respiratory practice is contraindicated: - Aneurysms; - Epilepsy; - Retinal detachment, glaucoma; - Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other diagnosed mental status disorder; - Hospitalization for any mental condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years; - Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions and/or conditions that make it difficult or impossible to perform an intense physical and/or emotional release; - Admission to a respiratory practice. 2. Specific health conditions that require prior authorization from the Provider to decide whether participation in a breathing practice is possible: - High or low blood pressure; - Pregnancy; - Asthma; - Cardiovascular disease, including angina, tachycardia, heart attack or stroke; - Panic attacks; - Recent surgery; - Poor health; - Any other chronic illnesses or other factors affecting your health that are of concern to you. 3. By electing to pay for the Services under this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges that: 3.1. has received the necessary consultation with an attending physician prior to participating in a respiratory practice and has verified that there are no restrictions on participation in the respiratory practice. 3.2. has no medical contraindications to participation in the practice, his/her state of health allows him/her to participate in the practice without risk to life and health. 3.3. realizes and assumes all risks associated with possible deterioration of health in case of providing unreliable information about the state of his/her health, bears responsibility for the consequences caused by concealment or misrepresentation of data on medical contraindications, and undertakes not to make claims to the Contractor in case of such consequences. 4. The Client undertakes to immediately inform the Contractor about changes in the state of health, which may affect the possibility of further participation in the practices.
